Hello, beny Author IconMail Icon

What I liked

You make a very clear argument. There's nothing ambiguous or difficult to understand in your article.

What might need work

Because you use the "s" word in your intro, your static item is automatically Non-E. That will restict the number of people who can access your document and also the level of visibility it achieves on WdC. I'd recommend two things about that. One, that you remove the "s" word from the subject line in your static item so that you may rate the intro as E. Two, that you retain the "s" word where it is now at the top and bottom of your article, but rate the item 13+ rather than E as it is currently rated.

I understand why you're left the document headers in your static item, but I'd recommend you remove the white space following these just on this site. It's just unnecessary and makes your article appear a lot longer than it really is..

A few notes I made while reading:

Maintenance manager clearly indicated it to me. "You have been…
-> The maintenance manager stated, "You have…

Surprise totally got me, they knew what I did, yes they were right, -> I was completely taken by surprise that they knew what I'd done. Yes, they were right…

…week you were with the pager" The Manager then added/"Dereliction …
-> don't forget punctuation in dialogue. You need a period after 'pager' and a comma after 'added'.

This time my surprise was even bigger, this last statement was not true. -> this sentence doesn't work with a comma. You could use an emdash (hold down 'alt' button and while holding it down type 0151 on your numeric pad) or separate it out into two sentences, or use a conjunction like 'because'.

Their statements were clear, misuse of a City vehicle, … -> Their accusations were clear: misuse…

That means work termination for sure. -> this statement is in present tense. Your other text is in past tense. Keep tense consistent to avoid confusion, ie. use 'meant' here.

It was the report of two persons who lies to prejudice me.
-> Two people lied to incriminate me.

Note:
here it goes a document, I would gladly mail the whole text -including
these documents- if you give me please your mailing address.
->
Note:
Please find enclosed copies of the supporting documents. Full text and documents can be supplied if required on receipt of a mailing address.

I just accepted, respected and respect it as I have already said at the previous meeting -> I respected that decision as already stated at the previous meeting

used his assigned van for personal purposes on everyday basis -> on an everyday

My points were ignored, specially by Mr. Greely. -> especially

During my visit there I explained the case in details and filled the proper forms.
-> in detail and

After sometime I got reply, my complaint d -> After some time I got a reply that my complaint… (not sometimes as it means something different)

I hope my notes help you during your revision process. Thank you for sharing!

Best wishes,
