This is another wonderful example of an honest poem with the power to give comfort and support to people trapped in a similar cycle of negative thought. I love how you use colour and art in the poem to depict how such negative cycles colour everything. As someone who has suffered from depression for much of his life, I can really relate to this. Keep up the good work :D
