Hi amyjo-Keeping it real and fun! Author Icon,

This review is a part of "Game of ThronesOpen in new Window. [13+]. *Smile*

Overall Impression:

This is a fun poem, dear amyjo! I read it and thought, too true! I think that this is something many people will be able to relate to.

What we see in the mirror reflects our moods and self-confidence, I think. Though sometimes I think it can take us by surprise. Where did those lines come from? A grey hair, what? I'm still young, aren't I? I think the worst kind of mirrors are those in changing rooms in stores. The bright light highlights any and all tiny flaw that you didn't even realise you had - not good when you're wanting to feel good about yourself!

This poem made me smile. The changing moods, from shock to laughter. It's very nicely done.

On the technical side of things, this poem reads well. It has a good rhythm and flow. It's nicely presented. I love your use of punctuation, as this helps guide the reader and assists the overall clarity. And I love that you allow the capitalisation at the beginning of each line to depend upon the individual sentences within the piece. This perfects the overall clarity and reading experience. Well done!

Suggestions:

I have no suggestions, sorry. I didn't spot any errors, nor anything I felt you could improve upon. Great job!
