Breaking Free [E] Shall I break free from my past and move forward? |
A review for the House of Greyjoy ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** Review of Breaking Free First and foremost, thank you for sharing your work . I am not an expert reviewer. I am just another writer, but I know it is the reviews that help us to perfect our craft. My opinions are just that; my opinions. This review was done for the Game of Crowns contest. OVERALL IMPRESSIONS: This is a very heavy and disturbing story. It is a family dynamic of an abusive situation where one son is favoured and gets away with unmentionable harm and hurt to the others. She explains her views about the family dynamic and even goes into the reasons behind the favoring of her brother, Anton. PLOT & CHARACTERS: Two families come together when people marry. This is the story of the Montgomery's on her mom's side and the Somer's on her dad's side. The Montgomerys were more hibrow and the Somers more casual. That is the way the family was setup. Anton was a Montgomery and started abusing the writer from an early age. The story goes on to high light the efforts the writer made to deal with the situation. FINAL THOUGHTS: This essay or story is definitely worth a read. dblameck My review has been submitted for consideration in "Good Deeds Get CASH!" .
