Plot:
The two main characters are drawn into something nefarious and survive by the assistance of something long forgotten.

Scene/Setting:
The scene starts out with the two characters repairing their scout vessel for the next patrol they are scheduled. Once repaired the two start their patrol and in the process almost crash mysteriously from something wrong with their autopilot. A long lost forgotten ship comes to their rescue and saves them.

Review:

I liked the plot and scene for chapter 1, though I like more action to draw me into the story. It was interesting but had me wanting something more as it felt drawn out.
