Overall Impression:

This is a beautiful, sad piece, dear author. I don't know if it's fiction or non-fiction, but it touched me deeply.

Losing a loved one is horrible. It is even more horrible when it could have been avoided. I know about that. Society is driven by money, rather than empathy. Denying people medication. Denying people treatment that will save their lives. Unless you're wealthy, of course. If you can afford it, you'll receive all the care in the world.

The use of art in this piece adds to the emotion, and paints a clear picture. Artistic expression can help us channel our thoughts and feelings. This is true for painting as well as for writing.

Overall, this is a strong piece. Well-written and meaningful.

Suggestions:

I have no suggestions. Not very helpful, I know, but I didn't spot any errors, nor did I see anything you could improve upon. It's beautiful as it is.
