Did I feel attached to the story or poem?

I love nature poems about night time. The moon is such a great inspirational part of our world that it acts as a muse for our imaginations. I love the idea that there is relationship between the moon and a dragon. It could actually serve as an inspiration for a longer story.


Would I recommend this piece of writing to someone else?

I think fantasy readers would love the idea of the moon casting light for dragon wyrm to find home. There are so many ideas that could flower from the seed of inspiration here.


Was there a clear purpose to it?

Yes, there is a strong relationship between the dragon and the moon. The moon is obviously looking out for the dragon and guiding it safely home.


Glows:

This is a short piece, but it makes my imagination go to so many places. What other characters may be involved and have a relationship with the moon? Are there spellcasters of some sort who protect and/or control the moon and the dragons or is it a relationship exclusive to them? It's such an interesting and original concept that I feel it could really be expanded.

I had to read it more than once because I thought Midnight was the name of the dragon and that wasn't the case. It made more sense when I read it again.
