Plot: An alien named De’Ana Artemfrom another world is surveying earth’s wild life to find specimens her planet can use for repopulation. She meets an earthling named Orion who is unlike any other hunter in that he is able to follow her trail. They live together until a bear attacks and while attempting to send the bear back to her world she send Orion instead. Five months later she is continuing her mission while pregnant with Orion’s chld. She returns to her planet years letter and raises a family with Orion. Tales of a hunting goddess named Artemis continue to reach her from travelers of her planet.

Scene/Setting: A forest on prehistoric Earth

Characters:

De’Ana Artem – A member of a race of alien hunters who is attempting to send specimens of earth wild life back to her planet for repopulation.

Orion – A human hunter who is able to follow De’Ana’s trail.

Suggestions:

Humans were not supposed to be so adept at following a trialtrail, especially her trail.

Stranger still, he seemed to be traveling by foot, as she hasd yet to see any sign of a horse.

"Which was probably how the human managed to get so close without my knowledge", she thought to herself. The portion of this sentence in quotes should be italicized to represent inner monologue. Quotation marks would be used if she was speaking aloud.

Of course she hasd seen humans before, even close up, in all their many shades of brown.

His skin was a light bronze hue, not the lightest color she hasd seen, but not the darkest either.

His appearance was like all of the other male humans she hasd seen, yet he was not like them.

Many years of relations between the two species [x}has showned that they were sexually compatible, the many offspring, on this planet and hers, has provend thatit.

So, that pPart of the matter unsettled her a bit only because she has never participated in inter-species relations, but she was not opposed to the idea.

She avoided thoughts of going home or finishing her mission, she did not want to even think about leaving him.

They gawped at her, mouths open, eyes round and fearful.
She hasd been very careful not to get caught off guard again.

It hasd been five months since that horrible day.
