Plot/story elements:

Did I feel attached to the story or poem?

I feel you on this piece. There is nothing wrong with stepping outside the boundaries and asking questions. People don't like their prescribed realities messed with. That's why those of us who seek knowledge and question structures are looked at as malcontents. There is increasing perception that the fabric of our society is broken and it will take creative minds and spirits to fix it. Those of us that are brave enough to live in that truth are automatically alarming to people who fear it.

Would I recommend this piece of writing to someone else?

Absolutely. I think more people need to open their eyes and I also think people who desire to show people a clear path to living outside the norms we have created need patience to earn their trust. It's human nature to fall into patterns and routines. It minimizes anxiety and fear of the unknown. Teaching people there is nothing to fear is only done through example.

Was there a clear purpose to it?

Yes, it exemplified the importance of curiosity in finding the truth and a path forward to resolve uncomfortable societal issues.

*StarStruck* Glows:

It was well written and no grammar issues that detracted from the overall message. It really highlights the importance of staying curious and asking questions.

*Vine1* Grows:

None.

*Dialog* Miscellaneous Comments:

It's a persuasive piece and I enjoyed it. It will be up to the youth to construct new realities which is why I teach. Someone has to guide them.
