*Bird* A little birdie told me you like to blog,and I was going to try to convince you to enter your blog into "The Bard's Hall Contest" Open in new Window. ... However, when I got to your portfolio, I was magnetically drawn to your Middle Eastern Recipe, entries. *Magnify*

*Tackg* I love the fragrant spicy food of the Mid-East. So I came, I saw, I will try this Zaatar recipe. (Thank you or the pronunciation of it, also.) *Bigsmile*

*SuitDiamond* Your recipe directions are clear. I, too was curious when I saw sumac as an ingredient, but your author's note told us how to procure it for use in this recipe.
