Wow! This poem was impressive. You became like the animal, the description held me entranced.
When I looked at your name... I thought you'll do a dragonfly... but I was pleasantly surprised at the fierceness of the creature you chose - a mountain lion. Any animal from the cat family has a certain dignity that permeates and you captured that very well.
I am not sure which verse I liked best... they were all wonderful.
You paint a picture of strength and vitality within this beast - vulnerability and strength hand in hand.
