Follow The Music To Ireland [E] Winning Poem For 1/31 Writer's Cramp - 14 Lines |
Hello, I am PandaPaws and I am reviewing this piece as part of the Simply Positive Group! How I found your piece...the last of your review package First impressions...LOVED IT! MY favorite of the three. I have never been to Ireland but I really would like to see it and after reading this I really would love to go. What fun! Was the title interesting...yes. Music is a culture's defining art, no? Was the content rating appropriate...yes, nothing above an 'e' in this Did you use a specific form of poetry...I believe you did but I don;t know the form, please let me know if you did. I use reviewing as a tool to learn as well. Did you follow the form...n/a Was there a rhyme scheme- what was it...aa bb cc... Did the rhymes seem forced...not at all, great use of the rhymes Were words forced to fit syllable count...no and you did not force the words from the Writer's cramp either. You used them very well and I applaud you for that Was there rhythm and flow...absolutely, another great example of a poem that should be read aloud Any errors in grammar, spelling, or punctuation...none note Things I would change...I would not change anything in this piece Favorite parts/lines... The music of Chieftains now and past Brings us home to our Ireland at last! These lines reminded me of a friend from high school who listened to the Chieftains and got me hooked on there music back then...I will have to revisit their music again! Excellent job! ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** My review has been submitted for consideration in "Good Deeds Get CASH!" .
