Greetings, stephenj! Thank you for submitting your entry in the "Writing 4 Kids Contest " . Very adventuresome! I learned a few things, too. I appreciated those definitions previous to your story. They were very helpful! Nice work! I enjoyed this! And I think what I loved the most about it was Byron the Bunyip wasn't so terrifying after all (much to his dismay, of course!) This story made me smile. Lots going on for a short story! Great visuals, too. Very good! Favorite lines... Quickly he swung over the edge of the roof and jumped into the tree house. He landed with a thud on his feet, lifted the talons of his forepaws to the side of his ears, wriggled his big long talons, poked his tongue out through his big front teeth and cried. “Walla, walla, walla, bing bang blue!” The witch stood looking at him with eyes wide open and mouth agape. “Walla, walla, walla, bing bang blue,” Byron repeated, wriggling his talons faster and stretching himself to his full four feet height. The witch started to giggle. Have a great day and' K e e p on W r i t i n g ! Cubby ") My review has been submitted for consideration in "Good Deeds Get CASH!" .
