This is simple and wonderful. The tone is lost and pleading. It reaches into the reader's heart and captures all their attention. The reader wants to help the speaker with what is troubling them. The free verse poetic form works extremely well in this poem and you have handled it very well. The poem flows perfectly and is a pleasure to read.
