What I liked
Even though this is news, your made it interesting. Good job on that.

Suggestions:
If this is a news article, I suggest only reporting facts, because reporting with an opinion creates bias, unless the opinion is in the quotes.

Quick grammar point:
when your subject is plural, (ie reports), your verb has to be singular (ie put). And vice versa.
so, "reports" would have to "put", not "puts", but "report" would "puts", not "put". *I hope that makes sense*

Overall, this was a very informational piece that I found interesting. Good job on informing your audience of what is going on!
