First Thoughts: The title of this essay hooked me. The voice of the essay is positive and encouraging, without giving any specific examples of the depression or what positive thoughts helped the author overcome depression.

What I liked: My favorite part of this essay is the last sentence.

Final Thoughts: This is a thought provoking article. Write on.
