Hi there! I can only listen to this exercise as a reader. I have my own relaxation techniques, which include prayer.
This one is so vivid and detailed that it is hard to picture myself having success with it. One thing you and I have in common is the ability to express our traumas in writing.

Recitation (as time passes) of these thoughts and emotions is another therapeutic exercise that works for me. My first attempts at writing what happened to me as a teenager brought real emotion from those who read it. One
paper was written for a college paper and I got an A. I was so happy that I wanted to hug and kiss the teacher.

You have a vivid imagination as you walk through the woods toward your healing garden. It almost seems like you are dreaming the whole thing and have a little more control than simply closing your eyes and waiting for something to happen. I'm not trying to be skeptical, but am truly happy this worked for you. Please, continue sharing.
