Context: Great context here! You presented nice descriptions in this poem.

Imagery: Nice imagery! I especially like these sentences:

"Taking a picture is a promise that can't be kept.
Your image is the cause of many tears I have wept.
For no image on paper of a second in (time,)
can ever live up to your memory in my (mind.")- These words did not rhyme.

Emotion: Nice emotion

Grammar and Spelling: Nice work overall in this area!

Overall: Great job! I really enjoyed this piece! This was a very emotional piece, and I enjoyed the sentiment immensely. However, there were places where the rhyming was inconsistent. Also, the poem kind of ended a little abruptly. I did not quite understand what you meant by the last line. Are you speaking of Christ? Overall, nice work!
