You state that, since you lack weapons, aside from a large knife, you'd drive to the docks, steal a boat, and go to the middle of a lake to wait it out. I see some major problems right there- you'll find that, unless you steal a sailboat, you'll run out of fuel. Also, if you live above the snow line, it's Winter out- frozen lakes and such. Also, that cat of yours will make a good-looking meat pie before long. As for your idea to just sail along the coast down to South America, you can't drink saltwater, and you'll be exposed to the elements. Chances of Survival 0%
