Walking to a destination unknown, Chun-Li of the local police and detective force came across a strange sight, a man in an alley waving her over. "Hmmm.." thinking Chun, "I wonder what he's up to.." which she did proceed to find out, being a police officer on her spare time she found it instinctive to investigate suspicious behavior. She approached the man, downed in a thick trench coat and shading hat which overcasted all but the sunglasses which bulked out from under it. " Hello there, wanna try something new? Something exciting? " The man asked, referring to Chun-Li, obviously. She decided to dwell deeper in the suspicious man's behavior. "If he's dealing drugs I'll get them and take them in for evidense. " Though this was way out of protocol, she decided it would make up for her secret curiosity of what the man had to offer. " Sure, I'll try, how much? " She asked, thinking she had a pretty good grasp on street lingo with drug dealers. " No cost, just want to see a satisfied customer. " The man proceeded to pull a needle from his trench coat, " Oh, here it is. Some injected drug, I knew it. " Chun-Li thought to herself as the man presented her with a clear fluid filled syringe. " Here.. you are ma'am. "
