Pelias the half-elven stands five-foot seven inches tall, weighing in at a mere 140 pounds. He's twenty-two years old. His style of magic is well-rounded. He possesses all three types of magical spells in near equal quantities, e.g. offensive, defensive and informational types of magic. He hires himself out to adventurers needing mages for an equal share of any treasure and first choice of any treasure of a magical nature.
Pelias wears elvin chain mail, finely made, but otherwise normal. He wears neutral colored robes over his mail so as to blend into his surroundings as much as possible. He carries an iron-shod, hard-wood staff capped with a silver spike in addition to six regular throwing daggers and two more made of silver. These are tucked away in various places so as not to be obvious to a casual inspection. He wears a ring of free action on his right hand and a ring of water-breathing on his left. He rides a light-weight, battle trained horse and carries an elvin long bow and score of arrows as part of his saddle gear.
While as brave as the next man (or elf), he will not take point position or stand rear-guard unless the party he is in has taken several causalities in combat. His standard agreement calls for recovery of his body and resurrection should he be killed. In return, he will contribute, from his share of any treasure, to the cost of resurrection of other party members slain during an adventure. This only applies if the rest of the group decides to have the member brought back from the dead.
Pelias can work with any other type of human or non-human class. He does not have a problem working with thieves as long as they do not attempt to work their trade against or on him. He refuses to work with orcs or half-orcs for any reason. He is tolerant of elves and dwarfs while actually preferring to work with gnomes, humans and halflings.
