The Brothel

You start walking towards the brothel. As you get closer you hear a commotion inside, and then three Half-Orcs step out of the doorway. one is carying a bag of coins that he is trying to count, but appears to be having a rough time with. The other two are carrying large sacks on their back that you can hear muffled screams coming from. They stop just short of smashing into you and drop their respected packages. The two Half-Orcs in front put up their fists, and the one in the back pulls out a rapier that begins humming in a very low pitch. You think its best to...
