the enemy makes himself known

a man comes through the bushes wielding a scythe and a quarterstaff. "who are you old man? speak quickly!" "introductions....fine, the name is ValDios I am the man who destroyed you army and your friends." "you foul wizard! i'll kill you!" with those words you pull you staff out and hail fireballs at him.

"your weren't a challenge even with your full powers you can't even comprehend...." before his sentence finished he was severely burned on his left hand.
"ok.....i'm going to rip your head off and use it for my newest staff." "do me a favor and go feed yourself to the dragons!" you scream and charge toward the dark wizard with staff in hand.

"i want a challenge...after you obtain your true powers meet me in sanctuary just outside the holy forest... thordain!" with that last word you were hit with a blast of lightning the likes of which you've never seen. you pass out and all you hear is "your quest is forfeit."

after waking up you...

1. head northeast

2. scour the mountains to the south
