Run for the Cuff

I ran as fast I could to her toe and tried to get her to notice me. As soon as I reached it I began scaling it. It took a while, thank goodness she stood still for a while. After reaching the top, I ran for the cuff of her pant legs. After taking another little while to climb up that, I laid down to rest in the safety of the cuff.

I laid there and tried to absorb how large everything was... It was mind blowing. Eventually she started looking around for me, not knowing where I was or why my clothes were left here. Hopefully she notices the page the book is on, then I'll be saved.

The gentle motion of her walking let me drift to sleep.

I woke up to find...
