Laying down seems the best solution right about now. You go back upstairs and up to your room, stumbling on your bed. You immediately fall asleep.
***6 hours later***
You slowly open your eyes as you awake. Whew! Was that a nice nap! You really feel rejuvenated. You start to get out of bed, or so you think. You can't move. You start to look around the room. You have definitely grown. Your head is pressed against the ceiling, and the rest of your body is taking up all the space in your room. You have doubled your original size. Crap. You try to move again, but its no use. You're stuck in your own room. Suddenly, there's a knock on your door. You notice that your foot, which is almost half the size of the door, it holding it shut.
"Hey in there!" your aunt shouts from outside of your room. "We're going shopping! Should be back in a few hours!"
"Alright..." you reply. At least they won't become a problem, you think to yourself. Suddenly, you feel a tingling sensation inside of you. You feel your body pressing against the room around you as you grow bigger.
CRASH!
Wood splinters fly as you burst out of your house, crushing the whole thing under your immense weight. Oops, you say to yourself. You get up to find that your are now 30 feet tall.
