"Don't know why a rest stop would have a hot spring, but I only need to rest for a couple hours and I'm not really hungry enough to get something at that store." Mona says, as she walks over to the hot spring. When she gets there, she notices that there is nobody tending the hot spring.
"This is just getting weirder and weirder..." she says, as she shrugs and exchanges her clothes for a towel before walking into the spring and sitting down. "Ahhh...so relaxing...an hour or so in here and I'll be rested enough to make it back home." she says, sighing contentedly as she nods off. As she nods off, she doesn't notice that the water temperature seems to be increasing gradually. Dispite reaching temperatures that would certainly be dangerous for a human, Mona is oddly unaffected, as if she was shielded from an increase in body temperature. However, the air inside her is affected, which causes it to expand, which naturally causes Mona to expand. She doesn't even notice that her body is starting to fill up the hot spring as she sleeps soundly.
