Kagen Khan?

How about Kagen(Kay-jin) Khan, the nephew of the current ruler of the world and the one plotting to overthrow his uncle and kill all the furs?
Kagen stands at about 5'6"(He is a bit short but his incredible command abilities and the loyalty of the soldiers under his command make up for it.) Kagen's skin is white, but not pale, his eyes are red, and he commonly wears an army uniform. He is 18(young and short, and wanting to rule the world. Ladies and gentlemen, the new Napoleon, lol.), but his strong ambitions and influence make him seem much older. His hair is just like his eyes, red, but with yellow streaks in it. He carries a laser pistol on him at all times.
