You soon notice that, for some reason, Simon isn’t eating much, having grabbed only a few things, compared to your own plate, which, though it embarrasses you, is packed high with food.
“Hey, weren’t you trying to eat more?” you ask.
Simon nods in reply, “Yeah, I am. This is ‘more’ to me.” He blushes, leaving you confused,
“But that’s hardly anything!”
What was he eating before?
He looks down at his plate, then at yours, “Well, uh, I’m not sure I could pack all that away…. I mean, can you even eat all that?”
You sigh, “Well, you want my help, I’m gonna help.” You take the plate away from him and start piling on more food, despite his protest, and hand it back to him. “Here, take it. And remember, you still have seconds.”
Simon stares, uncertain, “You think I can really eat all this AND more?”
Shortly, though, his stomach growls, and you nod, “I’m pretty sure. Why don’t we eat and find out?” Simon gulps, before nodding and following you to a table.
The two of you dig in, ravenously eating the plates. Simon is as gluttonous as you are it seems. Judging by how much food he had originally chosen, you weren’t sure he ever ate much either.
Finally, done with the meal, the two of you sat back as you eyed him. He’d emptied the plate.
“You still hungry?” you ask.
Simon thought for a few seconds, “Uh, yeah, actually I am.”
You smile, watching him get up and fill his plate again, with even more food than you had given him. You sat there and watched as the hunk licked his plate clean once more, “You’re doing pretty good,” you said in astonishment, as Simon reclined, letting out a loud BELLLCH.
He sighed, patting his stomach, “Well… Maybe a few more wouldn’t hurt.” He chuckled, standing up as you watched in further surprise as he got even more and packed his face with it.
“Bulking’s gonna be easier than you thought if you keep eating like that.” You chuckled.
Simon blushed, “Heh, well, I never actually gave into my cravings before…” He grinned.
After the meal was done, Simon paid, guilty for what would’ve been a substantial contribution to your dad’s credit card, and you left. “So, uh, where to now?” He asked.
You shrugged, “Home maybe?”
“There’s still some daylight out. We could go to the mall, they got lots of snack kiosks there.” He sheepishly grinned. Simon was still hungry? You thought about it for a few moments….
