Another Cigar?

Bob grinned as he took the cigar and puffed a few times before he made one long inhale. He could feel his shirt tighten around his middle before the seam on the right side of the shirt began to split. "Wow! Man!" He thumped his belly a few times. "I feel light too! This is air?"

David chuckled.

"Man, this is great! You wouldn't mind it if I finished this one off, do ya?" Bob asked and thumped his belly again. "My wife will go crazy over this."

Apparently Bob thought David had more of these cigars at home. Even though he didn't, David was feeling generous and replied, "Sure... speaking of your wife, I guess I should leave the two of you alone."

"You're the greatest, pal! Thanks a bunch," the portly man said as he got up from his chair to show David to the door.

"Anytime, big man."
And with that, David drove back to his apartment. Along the way he couldn't stop thinking of the cigar, and what Bob must have looked like when he was finished with it.

As he walked into his apartment, David noticed a cigar sitting on the kitchen counter.
that's strange... he thought. I don't remember getting a cigar out this morning.
Upon further inspection, however, he discovered that it was not one of his cigars, but one that looked similar to the one he was given earlier that day by the djinn.

Intrigued, David lit the cigar and began to smoke it. However, this time when he inhaled, he began to...
