The mayor is not big enough?

"Weight limits are not something we have in Testosterton, Sam," said the Mayor. "We try to avoid anything that might limit a guy's size or happiness. Why, on our tug of war team, I'm not big enough to be the anchor."

"What?" blurted Sam, surprised. "Not big enough? How big are you? And how big is your anchorman?"

"Well, at my last weigh-in, I was 527 pounds," replied Mayor Tomas. "But the anchor of our team is taller and heavier than I am - he's....
