The fat mayor 'anchors' the team - literally

"Weight limits are not something we have in Testosterton, Sam," said the Mayor. "We try to avoid anything that might limit a guy's size or happiness. Why, on our tug of war team I'm the anchor - I have to eat up! I'm trying to get even bigger and stronger, so our team will do better this year."

"Bigger?" asks Sam in amazement. "How big are you trying to get?"

"Well, the whole team needs some more weight - and our chief rival from across town has Josh, their anchor, who weighs....
