Shrinking Andy

Matt hid under a book, and watched as Andy walked over to the table. He gasped in horror as he saw Andy pick up the shrinking formula! "Ahh, lemonade!" Andy said, and he took a sip. Andy suddenly felt strange, for he suddenly began to wobble, then he vanished. Matt decided to take a look, and saw Andy's clothes on the floor, next to his own clothing. How much had Andy shrunk?
