Chapter #2Matt's Backstory by: Bigman   You've chosen to follow Matt's life at FGU.
Before we continue with the story process, lets learn a little more about Matt.

Matt sighed deeply as he looked up at the university dorms infront of him. Here he was, finally at college. Go, he was happy to be here.
Behind Matt, his dad was pulling out suitecases from the trunk of the car. When he saw Matt just standing there, he said "Hey, get your butt back over here. Your the one who's moving in here, not me!"
Matt couldn't help but crack a smile at his dad's comment. "Relax, dad," Matt said, turning around to help.
"I might as well be moving in here, with the amount I'm paying for this place." Matt knew that his dad was making a joke, but he also knew that his parents were sacrificing alot to send him to FGU. Hopefully, though, he would be able to find a way to lessen the burden. Next semester, he would be eligable to apply for a music scholarship. He wasn't eligable this semester because he found out too late to apply, but he was prepared for next semester.
When the last of his stuff had been emptied from the car, he gave both his parents a hug and a kiss. "Now you be a good boy, and keep your room clean. You never know when you might find someone special to bring back to your room," Matt's mother said.
"Oh, come on, honey. Matt's mind is gonna be on his studies," Matt's dad said, "make us proud, college boy."
Matt watched his parents drive off, then turned back to his stuff and started carrying his bags into the dorms. "Hi, I'm Matt Bryant, and I'm here to register for my dorm room and classes," he said as he walked up to the registration desk.
The guy behind the desk looked up and said,...   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
