Smalls uses the shrink devices and fires at the spies, but he missed and hits the most selfish girl in Beverly Hills, Mandy. She begin to shrink until she's about 1 inch tall.

"Oops." Smalls said before he slowly walks back and turns to make a run for it not before he dropped one of his ray guns and never noticed it.

"Hey! What's going on here?! Why am I so small?!" Mandy asked in irritation.

A huge shadow came over her and she turns to see
