Just in time

After a quicker than usual drive, which consisted of Uncle Phil criticizing Ashley's time keeping and organization skills the entire time, they finally arrived at Ashley's school. Ashley jumped out before Uncle Phil found something else to criticize (the short skirt she was wearing being her main concern), and hurriedly ran up the stairs into her school, her dark hair billowing majestically behind her. Inside the corridors were pretty much deserted, as most of the students and teachers had already entered their classrooms, even so however a few stragglers remained. Ashley hurried past the remaining students but as she approached the end of the hall somebody came around the corner and blocked her path.
