stepping out

You pull out your DNA Plant reader and check the plant. It doesn't seem to show any signs of being agressive, so you try to move on. There's only one problem, it still has a grip on your boots and won't let go.

You give a tug, but suddenly more of the plants wrap around your ankles and you have no choice but to step out of the boots. Was this a good idea though?
