Andrew Tells A Story

"Alright then," Andrew said. "I shall tell you the story of the Princess and the Pea."

Isabelle slapped him. "Andrew! That's naughty!"

"Not that kind of pee," Andrew said. "The vegetable -- peas."

"Oh. I'm sorry I hit you then. But I would rather hear some other story."

"OK. Um... How about The Princess and the Dragon?"

"Noooo! Andrew! That's too scary! Do you know what dragons do to princesses?"

Andrew scratched his chin. "You mean in the story?"

"No! In real life! It's horrible, Andrew! Please tell me a different story."

"The Princess and the Fairy?"

"Mmmmm... OK, that sounds safe enough. There's no blood in it, is there?"

"No, no blood."

"And no... you know... what married people do?"

Andrew blushed. "No, none of that. Really, my lady, I am a gentleman. Why do you think I would tell you such awful stories?"

"I've had bad experiences with storytellers, Andrew. I have to be careful. OK, let's hear your story now. What's it called again?"
