he turns into a age-regressing supervillain

Dr. Augustus paused for a moment, almost expecting something to go wrong. With such a machine, it was almost expected. He had visions of himself continuing to shrink, perhaps even into babyhood, but he instead remained a twenty-year-old man.

SUDDNELY!

His clothes began to change into a dark purple spandex jumpsuit, complete with white underpants, pink gloves, and black leather boots. a mask formed on his eyes, and his personality changed.

"Mu-ha-ha-ha-ha-haaaaa!" he cackled evilly. "All part of my plans! Dr Augustus is no more! From now on, I am... The Regressor!"

The symbol appeared - a white minus symbol in a red diamond, on his chest.

"Attention, townsfolk," he boomed. "I am now The Regressor, and I rule your town now! Anyone who objects me...."

he zapped some citizens of the crowd, regressing them to babyhood.

"They will be babies! I rule this town now! I will turn everyone on the whole planet to babies! This is WHO I AM! "Mu-ha-ha-ha-ha-haaaaa!" he cackled evilly.

'And so The Regressor engulfed the world with his foul regressing powers.'
'For everyone in the world, and the whole planet too, it was...'
