There was a brief flash of light, and all of a sudden everything looked different. The hallway was massive. You realized you must’ve shrunk!
“How is this even possible,” you thought.
You turned to see a gigantic woman who had to be at least sixth times your size. She was dressed in short pink shorts and pink crop top. You realized it was Kari, the Zumba teacher. It was her class you were headed to. You began to jump up and down, and yelled her name.
“Stephanie?” She asked looking down at you. She reached down and plucked you up between her thumb and forefinger and had a large grin on her face.
“Finally! I’m like the last trainer to find a shrunken person! I’ve been so jealous of the others, especially Kaleb, he has two tinies!”
“W-what?” You asked.
“So somehow the gym shrinks people,” Kari said, walking down the hall. “To cover it up, the owner tells us if we find any of you little inch tall folk we can keep you. So almost all of the trainers you see have a tiny person. I didn’t think I’d ever find one,” Kari said, walking out of the back exit.
“You can’t just keep me,” you objected.
“Oh, I can and I’m gonna!” Kari replied. She got in her car and shut the door.
“Where are we going? I thought you were teaching a class?”
“I am in fifteen minutes, I snuck out for a quick smoke.”
You watched as the giant woman slipped an all white cigarette into her mouth. Marlboro lights, the same brand your sister smoked. She lit it and took a deep drag, smiled coyly, and exhaled a thick stream of smoke on you. You began coughing.
“Kari, I hate smoking!”
“Too bad Steph, I love it.”
Kari powered though her cigarette, inhale after inhale, make sure every exhale covered you. She took a final drag and brought you up to her lips, planting a light kiss on you as smoke poured out of her mouth.
“Good girl, you’ll learn to love my smoke. But it’s time to go sweat… I’m gonna put you in my…”
