River grips Mal's head between her big and second toes and lifts him off the ground.

Mal gets more frightened by the moment and wonders just what she is trying to do. But he's not in much position to do anything about it.

"Weight is minimal." Her toes let go of Mal and he drops to the floor. "Nothing of note under any test. Disappointing, pointless thing."

River walks away not even glancing at Mal who can barely move from the pain, but doesn't seem to have any severe injuries.
