Jessica is silent for quite a few minutes, but you let her go at her own pace.
"Well, do you remember Lisa, Donna and Yvonne?" you nod, you met them at a party at the end of the last school year. "Right, well they're in a club. OK, they ARE the club, and they invited me to join. It was really good... at first, but lately they've been making all sorts of orders. Who I can be seen with in public, where I can go, and if I disagree I'll be out of the club. I like it, they've got a great clubhouse with a disco room, catering, everything (I think Donna's parents paid for it) but I'm really starting to dislike them. What do I do?"
You take Jessica into your arms and hug her.
"There there. I know how pier pressure can be, but it really isn't worth it."
"You haven't seen the place! It's wonderful, it's just the girls that suck!" she sighs onto your shoulder.
What can you do to help her?
