The sounds of picking things up echoes behind you as you carry on down the corridor, the first few waves of giants having long left you behind. You are alone.
You know the layout of the building well enough to head towards the nearest exit, all the while speechless at the sheer scale of the place now.
In far longer a time than you would have liked, you can finally see the imposing exit door. There is an obstacle, however.
Some young boy - almost a teenager, perhaps, but certainly too young for university schooling - is sat right in front of the door, idly playing on a portable games console. You think that you've seen him before, with odd recollections of him being the janitor's son or somesuch, but either way he's an intimidating creature to have to bypass to get to your salvation.
The only other path that you can take is to your right, through the wide open door that leads to the library. There is another exit on the other end, but between you and it is a lot of space to gather.
