Chapter #2

Meanwhile on the other side of the plot...kinda...

Ryou Bakura was walkign home from school, taking the long way round, since he was afraid of Bakura, his Yami, would attack someone. Bakura had been showing himself more frequently recently. Ryou almost jumped when he glanced around and saw the ghostly figure of his Yami stalking beside him.

{What do you want?} Ryou demanded through their mental link.

{Lots of things,} Bakura replied, shrugging slightly. {But I'd settle for the items...for now.}

{I think you've quite enough, already. You don't need more!}

Bakura glanced over and raised an eyebrow. {Enough? Of course I don't have enough! Baka yaro...} Bakura raised a hand to slap Ryou upside the head, his hand passing through on account of his insubstance (yes, I'm making up words. So?). {I only have two of them. I need more. Next on my list is that annoying boy and his puzzle.} Bakura then glared straight ahead as they walked.

{I think two is plenty,} Ryou said. {Especially since you can't use one of them. {And--}

{Shh!} Bakura said suddenly holding one finger up to Ryou. Then he moved ahead of Ryou a little, nostrils flaring a little as if he were sniffing something.

{What is-?} Ryou managed to get out before Bakura tossed him into his soul room and locked the door, taking over their body. Then he reached into the pocket of his jeans, pulling out his small knife and enjoying it's weight in his hand as he crept forward through the shadows.

"Pharoh..." he whispered as he spotted Yugi and grinned, tailing him, feeling the other item go stronger in his mind even as he focused on the young boy. Then, finally, once Yugi spotted the men in cloaks did he switch his attention to the feeling of the other item. He was almost ecstatic by this point. Should he go after the young pharoh and get the puzzle with the spirit of the one who'd trapped him like this? Or should he go invenstigate the stronger feeling of the new item?

You have the following choices:

1. Grab Yugi and try to get the puzzle.

2. Go investigate the new item.

3. Leave both alone and find other prey.
