It's Misty!

Walking around a bend in the road who should she walk into but Misty!
"Arghh!" Misty shouted, obviously surprised to see her mortal enemy.
"Ah! Just the person I wanted to talk to..." Jessie began, Misty interrupted "What the hell are you doing here? What the hell do you want?!?"
"...let me finish you little twerp! I have a proposition for you and your fellow team mates!"
"Hmmmm...and whats that?" Says a very skeptical Misty
"Well...I have grown weary of my evil ways...I really want to change and I think by me joining your team I really can differ myself" Explained Jessie
Misty looked at Jessie with a very cynical look on her face. What does Misty do?
