Ash came to the pokecenter to get some medicine for his pokemons but when he arrived at the checkout.
Ash: "what th..nurse joy is that you, why are you up there?
Joy: "I was just uumm testing out the helium and i ended up her and Sara tries to drag me down.
Sara: "Y-yeah as you can see we´are not doing something suspicious"
Joy: " Will you shut up and pull me down already".
Ash looked at the girls and could guess what they were doing, then saw the hose in Joy´s chest leading to the tank.
This maybe could be fun he thought.
Ash:" Do you need a hand nurse Joy?
Joy:"Yes if you could be so kind.
Then Ash went to...
