Chapter #8

Rejected by Digidesign Core Limited

After being rejected by Digidesign Core Limited you felt a little down, but you decided to try to find a new job to get a little income flow. You do a couple of odd jobs for your parents and their friends. You find yourself going with your folks to work with odd jobs around the office, mainly coffee runs and picking up things at the printer's, very much tempt work. But it plays and that's all that matters.
After awhile you realize you haven't seen James for a couple of weeks, and haven't heard from him since he walked into Digitaldesign Core Limited, you wonder how the job is and what kind of games they play test there.
Your folks out for a special dinner and your brother Mike is out with a couple of friends, so you decide to phone up James.
"Hello?"
"Hello sir, is James home?" you ask James' Dad.
"Sure (insert your name here), one second," he replies and you can tell he's smiling.
After a few seconds you hear the phone being picked up and James' familiar voice say," Hello?"
"Hey James, it's (insert your name here)," you say.
"Oh hey, (insert your name here)! How are you? I haven't seen you for awhile," James says with a bit of embarrassment.
"I know, you wanna go grab a bite to eat?" you ask.
"Sure, same place as last time?" James asks referring to MacDonald's.
"Sure," you answer.
"I'll meet you there," James says and you say goodbye.
You head downstairs and put your shoes on and head out into the hot summer evening.

You arrive at MacDonald's and see James is already inside, he does live quite a bit closer to the restaurant. You head in and see that..

You have the following choices:

1. James has some new clothes on, and has a slightly sharper new look? or

2. He's put on a bunch of weight?
