On the Counter

Dan slaps his giant belly which wobbles just mere inches from your face and it's nearly overwhelming. You can smell the manly musk coming from him and you just want to grab his belly and start exploring it. Testing its softness, see just how deep his belly button is and more.
That's when you notice something on Dan's bathroom counter, it's sitting just next to the toothbrush container.. but what is it?
