drop you off at Uncle Jerry's place.

"Oh, there you are," says your mum hurriedly, "I was just leaving you a note. Put on your coat, your brother's been hurt in an accident and we have to go drop you off at Uncle Jerry's place.”

“Is Mike Ok?” You ask, confused.

“He should be.” Your Dad said heading for the front door. “But he’s banged up pretty bad and we could be at the hospital for awhile.”

“Ok.” You say shrugging on a jacket. You follow your parents outside and get in the car. Your Dad pulls out of the driveway and you frown a little to yourself in the backseat.

Your uncle Jerry is your Dad’s little brother and has always been your favorite relative, but you haven’t seen him in almost a year. He only lives about ten miles away but between school and life and everything, you haven’t spent a lot of time with your family lately.

Uncle Jerry lives just outside the main town in a little wooded area that’s kind of secluded. Your Uncle Jerry started a local chain of pizza restaurants that really took off, so he has a huge house complete with a pool and home theatre.

Your Dad pulls to a stop in front of Uncle Jerry’s house. “He’ll be expecting you, son.” Your Dad says as you climb out.

“See you later, sweetheart.” Your Mom adds.

“Ok, bye guys.” You say, turning and walking up the garden path. You knock on the front door and are greeted by...
