You decide to pass on the gainer Kool-Aid and encourage the skinniest player on the team to have another glass.
"So what does the drink do coach?" you ask as the boys start going home.
"Slows down their metabolism so that they gain more weight naturally," answers the Coach," And I've told them that they need to beef up to become champions, so now their going to go home and eat a lot and work on their muscles so they'll be big in 2 weeks time."
"Smart idea," you say admiring the plan.
"Ya," Coach says," I guess studying human biology and chemical sciences really pay off."
You lightly laugh and say your good byes to the coach and get to the truck with Mike and drive home.
"So how did you like working with Coach?" asks Mike.
"It was interesting," you comment," Looks like it's going to be fun working with him."
"Good to hear," says Mike.
2 days later you show up to help Coach and the team really hasn't gained any weight, so you give out some more gainer Kool-Aid.
The Coach tells the team to get a lot of food into them because they're still not big enough.
A week goes by and you've notice that Mike is getting even bigger, your Dad loves seeing Mike getting bigger. You arrive back at the field to see that the rest of the team has gained, but what’s the average gain per member?
