You glance back and forth as you decide what to do. As you see the last person getting on the bus, you decide to go after Barry. It's not like your parents will be upset that you weren't home right when they get home. There are no special plans tonight after all. Mind made up, you run after Barry. You'd watched him get larger all your life up to almost reaching your dad's weight but you've rarely actually seen how he got there when your dad had almost a 25 year head start and they weren't even 50 yet so you guessed he'd soon pass your dad at this rate.
Looking around the food court, you remember him saying something about donuts and head in that direction. Strangely, there's only a couple in line at the donut store and both are only slightly bigger then you, which Barry is quite a bit bigger. Ducking to a nearby table where you can see the donut store, you glance around until you spot him. He's on his way towards the donut store with a large bag of tacos in one hand, a foot long sub in the other which he's grazing on as he lumbers towards you, and a large drink pinned between his forearm and moob. It didn't look like the easiest way to carry everything to you, but he seemed to be making it work. By the time you watched him enter the donut store, the sandwich had already disappeared and he was pulling out a taco.
"Hey! Barry! How's it going?" The guy behind the counter yelled as he watched the fat cop lumber in. "Getting started early today I see. Must be extra hungry. Looks like like a day for extra donuts." He pushed open the door to the back, "Louis, get an extra dozen chocolate glazed chocolate cake donuts going for Barry!"
"You don't have to do that." Barry tells him, finishing off his second taco.
"Nonsense. For our best customer and favorite officer, it's the least we can do! Now, give me a minute to get your main usual of..."
